Role Summary
The Closing Sales Manager is responsible for converting qualified leads into successful bookings through site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. This role focuses entirely on individual sales performance, revenue achievement, and delivering a superior customer experience, without people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Closures
Handle hot and qualified leads shared by the sourcing / pre-sales team.
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and detailed walkthroughs with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory options.
Manage price discussions, negotiations, and finalize deals in line with company guidelines.
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly booking and revenue targets.
Lead & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, site visits, and closures in CRM.
Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion ratios.
Track lead aging and proactively work on stalled prospects.
Customer Engagement
Act as the single point of contact for customers from site visit to booking.
Address customer queries related to pricing, payment plans, possession timelines, and documentation.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams to complete booking formalities smoothly.
Market & Feedback
Share market insights, competitor offers, and customer feedback with the sales leadership.
Highlight customer objections and suggest improvements in sales pitch or offerings.
