Role Overview
The Closing Executive is responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed buyers by managing client interactions, negotiations, and final deal execution. This role focuses purely on closing sales, ensuring a seamless purchase experience, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with qualified leads provided by presales or sourcing teams.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospects.
Handle objections confidently and guide clients toward purchase decisions.
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and booking terms.
Close deals and ensure timely booking confirmations.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for documentation.
Maintain accurate sales records and follow reporting processes.
Build strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in handling high-value clients.
