Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Disclosure Specialist. The role involves managing and preparing accurate and compliant closing disclosures, facilitating escrow documentation and processes, reviewing loan details for compliance, and ensuring effective customer service communication with stakeholders. The specialist will work in close coordination with various teams to support smooth and compliant loan closures and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prepare and issue Closing Disclosures (CDs) for residential mortgage loans.
• Title fees
• Escrow details
• Taxes and insurance
• Calculate Recording Fee
• Validate borrower and seller charges before closing.
• Manage CD revisions and redisclosures if changes occur.
• Work within mortgage LOS systems (e.g., Encompass, Resware, or other mortgage platforms).
