This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Trial Associate based in Kochi, with flexibility to work remotely for certain responsibilities. The Clinical Trial Associate will be responsible for assisting in the setup, coordination, and monitoring of clinical trials. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining the Trial Master File (TMF), supporting clinical operations, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting with the informed consent process. The role contributes to ensuring that clinical trials comply with protocol, regulations, and timelines.

• Knowledge or demonstrable understanding of Clinical Trials and Clinical Operations
• Familiarity with maintaining and managing the Trial Master File (TMF)
• Basic understanding of the Informed Consent process
• Passion for healthcare research and strong interest in developing a career in the field
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
