Clinogenesis Research Organization is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join our Clinical Operations team as Clinical Trial Associates (CTA) . This entry-level role is designed for individuals aspiring to build a strong foundation in clinical research. The position offers structured training, expert mentorship, and hands-on exposure to global clinical trial processes within a regulated and accredited research environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clinical trial activities under supervision as a Clinical Trial Associate
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and review of essential trial documents, including Trial Master Files (TMF), site files, and Case Report Forms (CRFs)
• Coordinate with investigators, sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth trial execution
• Support protocol adherence, patient coordination, and site-level activities
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in internal training programs, team meetings, and continuous learning initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related healthcare disciplines
• Experience: Freshers only (03 years, including internships or academic training)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail and eagerness to learn clinical trial operations
