Position Overview:

NMI is seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Renal Therapy Specialist in HemoDialysis to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dialysis nursing, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and their mother tongue.

This role involves the commissioning and demonstration of various dialysis devices and procedures, focusing on state-of-the-art dialysis machines, vascular access, dialysis therapies, and digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the commissioning and implementation of dialysis machines and related devices.

- Provide comprehensive demonstrations and training on dialysis therapies and vascular access techniques to healthcare professionals.

- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop customized therapy protocols that enhance patient care.

- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate staff and stakeholders about the latest advancements in dialysis technology and therapies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in dialysis treatment and digital solutions.

- Assist in the development of educational materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide ongoing support and consultation to healthcare providers regarding the effective use of dialysis equipment and therapies.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (GNM or Bachelors Degree in Nursing) with a specialization in dialysis or nephrology nursing.

- Proven experience as a dialysis nurse with a strong understanding of hemodialysis procedures.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the candidate's mother tongue.

- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences using PowerPoint and Excel.

- Familiarity with digital health solutions and their application in dialysis care is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
