Clinical Research Associate(Mumbai, Delhi)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II to join our dynamic clinical operations team. This role requires a high level of field-based monitoring. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of Phase II and III global and local clinical trials.

Key Details

• Base Locations: Delhi / Mumbai
• Travel: 60% (Approx. 2-3 days per week), including domestic and international "fly and drive" assignments.
• Compensation: Competitive salary + Joining Bonus.

What You Will Do

• Conduct the full lifecycle of site visits: Qualification, Initiation, Routine Monitoring, and Close-out.
• Ensure strict protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety across multi-centric trial sites.
• Perform thorough data reviews and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical databases.
• Collaborate closely with Investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.

Your Profile (Must-Haves)

• Education: Bachelors degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of total experience in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Monitoring Skills: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated On-Site Monitoring experience.
• Therapeutic Area: Mandatory expertise in Oncology or Immunology.
• Trial Scope: Proven experience in Global Phase II/III trials.
• Logistics: Must possess a valid Drivers License and be comfortable with frequent air travel.
