Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Fresher to support the monitoring and coordination of clinical trials. The candidate will assist in ensuring studies are conducted in compliance with regulatory guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and study protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites and study activities.

• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and protocol guidelines.

• Support site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.

• Review source documents and case report forms (CRFs) for accuracy.

• Maintain trial master files (TMF) and study documentation.

• Coordinate with investigators, site staff, and internal teams.

• Track patient recruitment and study progress.

• Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, or related field.

• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Willingness to travel (if required).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
