Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Fresher to support clinical trial activities in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and regulatory requirements . The candidate will assist senior CRAs and clinical operations teams in site coordination, documentation, and monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites under supervision
- Support maintenance of Trial Master File (TMF) and essential documents
- Assist in source data verification (SDV) and CRF review
- Coordinate with site staff for study-related activities
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and study protocols
- Support reporting of deviations, adverse events, and issues
- Participate in site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities (as trained)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
- Fresher in clinical research
- Basic knowledge of clinical trial phases and GCP guidelines
- Willingness to learn and travel (if required)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Time management and professionalism
