Clinical Research Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Fresher to support clinical trial activities in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and regulatory requirements . The candidate will assist senior CRAs and clinical operations teams in site coordination, documentation, and monitoring activities.

• Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites under supervision
• Support maintenance of Trial Master File (TMF) and essential documents
• Assist in source data verification (SDV) and CRF review
• Coordinate with site staff for study-related activities
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and study protocols
• Support reporting of deviations, adverse events, and issues
• Participate in site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities (as trained)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
• Fresher in clinical research
• Basic knowledge of clinical trial phases and GCP guidelines
• Willingness to learn and travel (if required)

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Time management and professionalism
