Job Description
Santushti Holistic Health and Healing Clinic was founded by wellness expert Lavleen Kaur, building upon the decade-long legacy of Diet Insight (est. 2014). The clinic follows an integrative approach to health, combining clinical nutrition, yoga therapy, Ayurveda-based treatments, and psychological support.
At Santushti, we recognize that many health challenges today are closely linked with stress, emotional health, and lifestyle patterns. Our goal is to support individuals through compassionate, evidence-based care that addresses both mental and physical well-being.
Santushti is looking for a full-time Clinical Psychologist with strong counselling skills to join our multidisciplinary wellness team in Chandigarh.
The psychologist will work closely with dietitians, yoga therapists, and Ayurveda doctors to support clients dealing with concerns such as stress, anxiety, emotional eating, eating disorders, burnout, and other lifestyle-related psychological challenges.
Psychological Assessment
Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients emotional, behavioral, and mental health status using appropriate assessment methods when required.
Therapy and Counselling
Provide individual therapy and counselling for concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional regulation issues, relationship challenges, and eating-related psychological concerns.
Treatment Planning
Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress through structured therapy sessions and follow-ups.
Holistic Case Collaboration
Work closely with Santushtis team of dietitians, yoga instructors, and Ayurveda doctors to support clients whose mental well-being is linked with lifestyle disorders, chronic health concerns, or disordered eating patterns.
Workshops and Awareness Programs
Conduct mental wellness workshops, stress management sessions, or awareness talks for clients, corporate groups, or community initiatives organized by Santushti.
Professional Documentation
Maintain proper clinical documentation of sessions while following professional and ethical standards of practice.
- M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with RCI registration preferred OR
- Masters degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology with relevant therapy experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychological assessment, counselling, and therapy
- Experience in handling concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional eating, and eating disorders
- Knowledge of psychotherapy approaches such as CBT or other evidence-based therapies
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness environment
- Strong empathy, communication skills, and ethical clinical practice
Languages Required
Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Punjabi is preferred for client communication.
