What Youll Do

• Shadow clinicians across departments to uncover high-value problems.
• Drive our innovation funnel and enable evidence-based kill/go decisions.
• Apply a US/global market lens to every clinical opportunity.
• Define data capture + ground truth strategies for AI development.
• Write sharp Problem Definition Sheets for engineering teams.
• Conduct rapid literature reviews for scientific grounding.

Who You Are

• MBBS is a MUST (OR exceptional Biomedical/Clinical Engineering candidates with hands-on hospital experience.)
• Strong conceptual understanding of AI/ML, CV, NLP, sensors.
• Awareness of global healthcare systems, device pathways, and regulatory logic.
• Curious, analytical, and comfortable prioritizing only globally scalable problems.
