The role involves overseeing medical operations, coordinating with visiting doctors, supervising nursing and caregiver teams, and ensuring high-quality healthcare and safety for our residents.

The ideal candidate should have experience in nursing, hospital administration, or geriatric care, with strong leadership, clinical coordination, and emergency management skills. A deep commitment to elder care, patient dignity, and teamwork is essential.
