Clinic Operations & Billing Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive/ Backend Coordinator who can manage backend clinic operations including inventory management and billing, while also supporting customer interactions, appointment scheduling, and walk-in coordination in the absence of the Sales Manager at the clinic.

• Manage billing and invoicing using clinic management software (e.g., Zenoti or similar systems)
• Ensure accurate entry of services, packages, and products in the billing system
• Handle inventory management, including stock tracking, inward/outward entries, and re-order coordination
• Monitor product and consumable usage to avoid stock shortages or excess
• Maintain backend operational records and reports for clinic management
• Support customer interactions at the Experience Center when required (walk-ins, basic queries)
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors and therapists in the absence of the Sales Manager
  

• Prior experience in a clinic / healthcare / wellness backend operations role
• Hands-on experience with billing software such as Zenoti
• Strong understanding of inventory and stock management
• Comfortable handling both backend operations and light front-end coordination
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
• Basic communication skills to handle customers when required
