Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager at Skinfiniti Aesthetic skin and laser clinic located in Khar, Mumbai. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, manage clinic staff, develop and implement operational policies, and ensure the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining budgets, coordinating with healthcare providers, organizing staff training sessions, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and patients to deliver efficient service and care.
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the clinic
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and waiting time management
- Maintain inventory of consumables, injectables, lasers, dermatoscopes, and skincare products
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage billing, invoicing, and cash handling with accuracy and transparency
- Welcome patients, address concerns, and ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, privacy, and comfort
- Ensure proper counselling is provided pre- and post-treatment
- Monitor feedback and implement improvements to enhance patient satisfaction
- Supervise front-desk executives, therapists, nurses, and support staff
- Train new staff in SOPs, etiquette, and patient handling
- Prepare staff rosters, manage attendance, and ensure discipline
- Foster a positive, motivated, and professional work environment
- Assist dermatologists with operational needs during procedures
- Ensure treatment rooms are ready with required instruments and consumables
- Coordinate with doctors to optimise treatment plans and follow-up schedules
- Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs, sterilization protocols, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Oversee consent forms, pre-procedure documentation, and treatment notes
- Ensure compliance with biomedical waste management rules and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate social media content, beforeafter pictures, and patient success stories
- Manage promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations
- Track monthly targets, revenue performance, and service growth metrics
- Recommend improvements based on patient demand and service trends
- Resolve patient complaints professionally and promptly
- Handle staff-related conflicts or workflow disruptions
- Ensure continuity of operations during emergencies or high patient loads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management
- Knowledge of dermatology/aesthetic clinic procedures (preferable)
- Organisational skills and multitasking ability
