Role Description
The Clinic Manager at New Roots Hair Clinic Pvt Ltd will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage clinic budgets, and coordinate with staff to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Experience with Budgeting and financial management to handle clinic operations efficiently
- Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare practices relevant to clinic management
- Ability to train and mentor staff members to maintain performance standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in healthcare or clinic administration is an advantage
