Klara is looking for astrong and dynamic Clinic Managerto manage one of our centers in Chennai.

This is ahands-on rolewhere you will be responsible for theday-to-day operations, team performance, and sales of the clinic.

Act as thesingle point of contact for the center

Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning

Drivesales targets, conversions, and profitability

Handle patient flow and ensure a seamlesscustomer experience

Lead, train, and monitor clinic staff

Ensure adherence to SOPs and service quality standards

Implementclient retention strategiesand follow-ups

Executelocal marketing activities, events, and promotions

Maintain CRM discipline and reporting

Plan and executeoffers and revenue initiatives at center level

5+ years of experience inclinic / healthcare / retail / hospitality

Experience inhandling a center with team and revenue responsibility

Strong exposure towalk-in conversions and target-based environments

Good understanding ofcustomer service and operations

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet targets
