Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations & Administration

Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.

Manage front office, nursing, housekeeping, and support staff efficiently.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards as per medical and aesthetic protocols.

Coordinate schedules for doctors, therapists, and procedure rooms.

Patient Experience & Relationship Management

Ensure a warm, professional, and high-quality experience for every patient.

Handle patient queries, feedback, and escalations effectively.

Supervise patient counselling and follow-up processes to improve retention and satisfaction.

Work with marketing and CRM teams to enhance patient engagement and loyalty programs.

Sales & Revenue Management

Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance.

Support consultation-to-conversion processes by training front office and counselors.

Manage billing accuracy, payment collections, and expense control.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services. Team Management & Training

Recruit, train, and motivate clinic staff to deliver service excellence.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Ensure staff adherence to brand values, grooming, and service etiquette. Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with vendors, laboratories, and medical suppliers for seamless operations.

Maintain clinic records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Ensure adherence to all safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital / Healthcare / Business Administration preferred.

Prior experience of 1 year in managing aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or wellness clinics preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.

Customer-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
