Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager / Aesthetic Counsellor with prior exposure to dermatology or aesthetic clinics. This is a client-facing role suited for someone who is confident, empathetic, well-spoken, and passionate about aesthetics and patient care. You will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey while ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel patients for dermatology and aesthetic treatments
• Explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care
• Build trust, handle objections, and drive high-quality conversions
• Own revenue-linked counselling for treatments (lasers, anti-aging, skin rejuvenation)
• Ensure strong follow-ups, retention, and repeat business
• Coordinate front-desk operations and daily clinic workflow
• Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, and follow-ups
• Liaise closely with dermatologists and clinical staff
• Support ethical upselling and cross-selling of suitable services
• Ensure hygiene, safety protocols, and patient care standards are followed

Requirements

• Prior experience (3+ years) in a dermatology, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinic
• Strong sales mindset with a patient-first approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in patient counselling and client-facing roles
• Basic knowledge of laser procedures and aesthetic treatments
• Organised, proactive, and customer-focused approach
