Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Client Support Specialist - Corporate Events. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. You will collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, provide solutions that align with their needs, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Additionally, you will analyze feedback and implement improvements to optimize the event experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Customer support and customer satisfaction skills to address client needs effectively
• Analytical skills to assess feedback and identify areas for improvement
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Hyderabad
• Previous experience in event management or client relations is a must
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field preferred
