Tipple Works Co. is an innovative marketing agency specializing in the Alco-bev, F&B, and Hospitality industries. Our expertise spans brand building, digital marketing, and event management, helping clients craft captivating narratives and connect effectively with their audiences.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the bridge between clients, strategy, creative, and execution, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly and brands grow meaningfully.

You will work closely with clients to manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, particularly across social media, content, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client relationships and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients

Manage 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social media, on-ground activations, and collaborations

Drive social media strategy, including content calendars, campaign ideation, captions, and performance optimization

Oversee campaign execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital platforms

Translate brand objectives into clear briefs for creative, design, and performance teams

Track campaign performance and present insights to clients

Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met

Identify opportunities for new campaigns, partnerships, and brand growth

Ideal Candidate

3 - 5 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management

Experience managing brand accounts or agency clients

Strong understanding of content strategy, captions, social media campaigns, and digital storytelling

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

Excellent communication and presentation skills
