CORE MISSION

To become the Trusted IT Friend and Digital Transformation Partner for your assigned portfolio of managed services clients.


You are the single owner of the relationship, retention, commercial growth, and strategic direction of each account under your management.


Your mission is to:

Lead structured onboarding and establish executive trust from day one

Own the entire client relationship lifecycle

Design and drive a clear Digital Transformation Roadmap aligned with business goals

Protect retention and prevent churn through proactive engagement

Identify risks before they become problems

Drive revenue growth through contract optimization, projects, procurement, and strategic upgrades

Protect contract profitability and ensure healthy account margins

Act as the clients outsourced CIO and commercial growth partner


You are not here to manage tickets, you are here to own business outcomes, drive growth, build trust, and create long-term value beyond retention.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3+ years in Business Development / Relationship Management / Account Management / Client Success
  • Experience recurring revenue portfolios
  • Proven record of retention and revenue expansion
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding
