Qualifications

  • B.E / B.Tech (CSE / IT)
  • Basic understanding of software systems

Experience

  • 35 years of experience in Customer Support / Client Handling roles
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply


About the Role

We are looking for a Client Success Engineer who will manage customer projects, ensure timely delivery, and provide exceptional support to clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Project Management

Ensure orders have complete information and are delivered within timelines

Manage project lifecycle including discovery phase

Coordinate with internal teams and clients

Create project plans and provide regular updates


Customer Service

Handle customer queries and escalations

Resolve issues within defined timelines

Maintain accurate case logs and documentation

Create knowledge base articles for future reference


Training & Enablement

Conduct training sessions (remote/on-site)

Help customers understand system functionalities

Prepare presentations and demo materials

Train internal support teams


Data & Reporting

Analyze requirements and prepare project specifications

Perform data setup and validation

Conduct testing and ensure quality standards

Generate daily/weekly reports
