We focus on clinical, personalized, and data-driven care for sustainable results - not quick fixes. Key GLP-1 patents expire on March-20 in India, which will further fuel our hypergrowth.

Role Overview

Were looking for a Client Success Associate to manage client conversations entirely over WhatsApp. You will be the voice of EarlyFitsupporting clients with fast, empathetic, and professional communication throughout their health journey.

What Youll Be Doing ?

• Respond to client queries on WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Guide clients on programs, meal plans, onboarding, renewals, and appointments
• Maintain a warm, encouraging, and health-focused brand voice
• Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently without losing context
• Capture feedback and common pain points to improve the client experience

What Were Looking For ?

• Excellent written English and strong text-based communication skills
• Ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism through chat
• High typing speed and comfort using WhatsApp Business/Web
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in nutrition, wellness, or health is a plus
