Were looking for a high-performing Account Manager Customer Success to help us keep up with the growing demand at UAbility. This role goes beyond traditional customer success, its about driving tangible business results for our clients. Youll partner with 4050 businesses, ensuring they achieve measurable growth, client retention, and long-term success.
- Manage a portfolio of 4050 active clients and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct onboarding, support, and performance review sessions to help clients improve sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to address client challenges and implement growth strategies.
- Audit client funnels and identify areas of improvement using UAbilitys proven frameworks.
- Drive renewals, retention, and upgrades through proactive engagement and strong relationship management.
- Achieve performance goals related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the Fulfilment and Leadership teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Participate in periodic team events or offsites (approximately twice a year).
- Bachelors degree required; postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 26 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Renewals & Retention roles.
- Background in edtech, digital marketing, coaching, or consulting (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset.
- The ability to think strategically, take ownership, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
