About the Role

We are looking for a Client Solutions Executive to support our business through strong client interactions, structured pre-sales support, and seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. This role involves pitches, proposals, lead management, and execution alignment.

Key Responsibilities Participate in client pitches, presentations, and meetings Present services and solutions to prospective and existing clients Draft and manage professional client emails, follow-ups, and updates Pre-Sales & Proposals: Review client briefs and understand business requirements Suggest solutions, scope of work, and service combinations Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and commercials Support the pre-sales process from enquiry to closure Lead & Data Management: Maintain and update lead data, pitch status, and client interactions Track enquiries, follow-ups, proposals shared, and deal progress Internal Coordination & Execution: Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and operations teams to check feasibility Align timelines, budgets, and deliverables Ensure accurate briefing and handover from pre-sales to execution teams Track project progress and flag risks proactively
