Youll be the bridge between client ambition and agency execution. This role is about relationships, clarity, and upselling value without selling noise.

Location: On-site | Ahmedabad

• Own key client accounts & relationships
• Translate client goals into actionable briefs
• Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
• Lead review calls & quarterly planning
• Manage executives under you

• 58 years in client servicing / account management
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Agency experience preferred
