Roles and Responsibilities: A Bid Manager has the following key responsibilities within the assigned account scope:

Technical Requirements

Bid Management: • Assemble the right team, develop pursuit summary, develop pursuit plan, execute the plan • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop the pursuit strategy, solution • Responsible to develop pursuit response and commercials • Responsible for bid submission with requisite quality. • Responsible and measured on Conversion of RFPs & RFIs ( % conversion) • Responsible for deal conversion by value – TCV of business won

Foundational->Pre-Sales->Processes->Presentation skill

Additional Responsibilities

Client Visit Management: • Develop the visit agenda, visit planning & scheduling • Develop the requisite content for the presentations • Visit related coordination & management Knowledge Management: • Develop reusable contents & enrich pursuit repositories.
