Job Description: Client Servicing Executive Alchemist Dotwise

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate social media deliverables, and support our creative and strategy teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understand the social media landscape, and be able to translate client needs into actionable briefs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain smooth, professional communication.

* Manage social media tasks such as content calendars, briefs, approvals, and coordination with internal teams.

* Participate in ideation and contribute creative inputs for campaigns and content.

* Stay updated on social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for clients.

* Ensure timely delivery of all client requirements and maintain high-quality standards.

* Provide basic feedback on design and collaborate effectively with designers and content teams.

*Requirements:*

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* At least 3 months of previous social media experience.

* Creativity and strong ideation abilities.

* Active on social media with a good understanding of trends.

* Basic design understanding.
