Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of advertising experience and a proven track record in client relationship management. This role requires working closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Understand client goals and objectives and develop strategies to meet their advertising needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Prepare and present campaign proposals, reports, and performance analyses to clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during project execution.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and trends, and share insights and reports with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a client servicing role within an advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising principles, campaign development, and media planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools
