Job Title: Client Servicing Event Management

Reporting To: Operations Head


Job Summary:

The Client Servicing role at Prominence Brands Services Pvt Ltd is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring the flawless execution of events that exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle, from briefing to post-event follow-up.

Understand client objectives, event requirements, and budget considerations to provide tailored solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, creative, logistics, vendors) to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requirements.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for client approval.

Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

Address client queries, concerns, or feedback promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.

Build long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business and upselling services.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and event deliverables.

Assist in reporting and analyzing client satisfaction metrics.

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.

23 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or events industry.

Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful events.


Other Requirements:

Flexible working hours, including weekends and event days.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
