Job Description
Role - Client Servicing Manager
Own and manage weddings end-to-end -
from traveling to the destination for recces
and event days to taking care of the entire
show.
Scout, negotiate & lock the right vendors.
Keep cost sheets tight and numbers tighter.
Lead venue recces, make Minutes of the
meetings, coordinate with hotels, vendors,
client throughout
Align every vendor, timeline and moving part
into one seamless plan.
Be the calm, clear point of contact for clients
at all times.
Build detailed event flows, lead an extended
team on ground on the day of the events.
Handle last-minute chaos with grace, logic
and a working Google Sheet.Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication (both written & verbal)
and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks & thrive in a
fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Prior experience in event planning
Proficient with google docs, google sheet &
Microsoft suite

Work timings: 11 am to 7 pm
Experience: Minimum 2 years
CTC offered: INR 5,40,000
Compensation will be aligned with experience. For
candidates who strongly match our criteria but
have no experience, salary can be discussed.
