Designation-Client Servicing.

Location-Mumbai.

Work from Office.

CTC Upto 7LPA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Strategic Thinking:
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients and brand teams
  • Lead strategic conversations with clients, advising on brand-building, integrated marketing and communication solutions and build strategy framework approaches presentable to brand teams
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive business through strategic recommendations
  • Drive campaigns for both existing brands & clients as well as new brand pitch strategy and approaches
  • Ensure all client and brand deliverables are completed in a timely manner
  • Oversee financial management of accounts, including forecasting & billing


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management & client servicing within an integrated or creative communications agency
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, omni channel consumer insights and audience behaviour trends mappings, cultural nuances shaping various consumer spectrum and generations, media, digital marketing and creative development
  • Exceptional client servicing and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
