Job Description
Designation-Client Servicing.
Location-Mumbai.
Work from Office.
CTC Upto 7LPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management & Strategic Thinking:
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients and brand teams
- Lead strategic conversations with clients, advising on brand-building, integrated marketing and communication solutions and build strategy framework approaches presentable to brand teams
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive business through strategic recommendations
- Drive campaigns for both existing brands & clients as well as new brand pitch strategy and approaches
- Ensure all client and brand deliverables are completed in a timely manner
- Oversee financial management of accounts, including forecasting & billing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management & client servicing within an integrated or creative communications agency
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, omni channel consumer insights and audience behaviour trends mappings, cultural nuances shaping various consumer spectrum and generations, media, digital marketing and creative development
- Exceptional client servicing and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
