Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding ever-changing client needs, and owning closure as the primary point of contact. The role involves being highly proactive with communication, managing client requests and expectations, and identifying-serving new client needs. As a Relationship Manager you will work closely with founders and internal teams to manage client expectations. If you can demonstrate ownership and drive closure the role offers significant flexibility with hours and location.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills | passion for understanding and working with people is a must
• Problem-solving, strategic thinking and customer-centric approach to consistently exceed client expectations
• Hunger to learn and get things done, and continuously improve processes and experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in offline and on-site settings, managing process timelines
• A knack for working with tech tools and social media will be an advantage
• 1-2 yrs experience in roles with similar experience
