Client Servicing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients

Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs and actionable plans

Create and manage content calendars in coordination with the social media team

Create pitch deck using Canva.

Contribute to content ideas and campaign concepts aligned with brand objectives

Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and social media executives to ensure timely execution

Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across accounts

Share regular updates, reports, and performance insights with clients

Handle client feedback and ensure smooth, timely resolutions

Identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value to partnerships

Requirements / Eligibility:

Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

2 to 4 years of experience in account management or client servicing roles

Proven agency experience is a must

Basic understanding of social media platforms and content planning

Ability to work on content calendars and contribute to ideation

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple clients

Interest in entertainment, branding, content, and digital marketing (must)

Job Type: Full-time, on-site (Monday to Saturday)
