About the Role:
This role requires deep expertise in mainline advertising, brand activations, BTL, and on-ground campaign execution. The candidate will independently manage key clients, lead teams, oversee multi-agency coordination, and drive strategic planning and creative development.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Own end-to-end client relationships for major accounts.
- Lead ATL + BTL campaign development, from briefing to execution.
- Craft brand strategies, creative briefs, and integrated campaign plans.
- Present strategies, creative concepts, and execution plans to clients.
- Lead a team of servicing executives and coordinators.
- Manage budgets, profitability, and billing cycles.
- Oversee print, OOH, retail branding, and event-led campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams.
- Supervise on-ground activations, vendor management, and fabrication
- Ensure timely execution with high-quality output.
- Upsell and cross-sell agency capabilities across mainline, creative, activation, and turnkey solutions.
Experience Required:
- 3- 6 years in mainline advertising or BTL/Experiential agencies.
- Strong leadership and account management experience.
- Hands-on execution experience in print, OOH, events, activation, and retail branding.
- Real estate category exposure preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and strategy skills.
