Client Servicing Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager, located in Mumbai.

Happyframes is a photography & film brand that specialises in weddings and events. We are looking to hire someone who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and understanding their needs. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client queries, providing prompt resolutions, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements as well as external vendors. The role requires travelling to weddings too.

Qualifications

Experience in Client Services at events

Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and manage client expectations.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Basic understanding of photography preferred.

Prior experience in a client-facing or account management role is a plus

understanding of softwares like excel and lightroom is a plus
