Client Servicing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for the role of Client Servicing Manager based in Surat. The Client Servicing Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their marketing needs and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating project timelines, liaising between clients and internal teams, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects. The role requires active monitoring of campaign performance and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while fostering business growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Client Relationship Management and Brand Account Management
• Solid understanding of Brand Strategy, Creative Communications, and Campaign Coordination
• Proficiency in being on the front end with clients
• Strong Project Management, Problem-Solving, and Time Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or account management roles
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred)
