About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Manager with strong experience in handling 360 campaigns, including digital, print, and events. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating creative and production teams, and ensuring seamless execution across ATL, BTL, and event activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Single Point of Contact, manage day-to-day client communication and understand campaign requirements.
- Lead execution of 360 campaigns across digital assets, print collaterals, event setups, and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate with creative, content, media, production, and event teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Prepare impactful presentations, pitches, briefs, timelines, and reports, and confidently deliver them to clients.
- Ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all platforms.
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
- Oversee event planning, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution when required.
- Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in client servicing/account management (agency & events experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital, print, Events (ATL/BTL), and event operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure timelines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
