This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager Experiential Marketing & Events, based in Gurugram.
The role involves managing end-to-end client deliverables for experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, and events. You will be responsible for translating client briefs into actionable plans, coordinating with internal creative and operations teams, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless on-ground execution.
As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will be expected to manage expectations, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Act as the primary client liaison for experiential marketing and event-led campaigns
- Manage projects from brief to execution, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate closely with creative, production, operations, and vendor teams
- Oversee on-ground execution of events and activations, ensuring quality and brand alignment
- Anticipate client needs, proactively solve problems, and manage last-minute changes
- Ensure clear communication, regular updates, and post-event reporting
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent delivery and strategic thinking
Must-Have
- 36 years of experience in client servicing within an experiential marketing, events, or activation agency
- Hands-on experience managing on-ground brand activations or live events
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with internal teams and external vendors
- Willingness to travel and work on-site during events, including weekends when required
- Experience working with FMCG, Auto, Sports, Lifestyle, or Entertainment brands
- Exposure to sponsorship activations, large-format events, or multi-city campaigns
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
This role is execution-driven and involves on-ground presence during events. Candidates without prior agency-side experiential or event marketing experience may not find this role suitable.
