Key Responsibilities

Onboard brands, execute & optimize campaigns using data, creativity, and strategy; deliver daily/weekly dashboards for top results.


Craft compelling presentations & reports with quantitative/qualitative insights to secure renewals and drive client decisions.


Build strong relationships as primary contact for brand leaders, CMOs, agencies; host media events & resolve issues promptly.


Collaborate with internal tech/content teams; understand client goals, demographics, and objectives deeply.


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

2+ years full-time client servicing in media/digital agency or platform.


Excel & data analytics proficiency; PowerPoint mastery; dashboard visualization (e.g., Google Data Studio).


Crisp verbal/written communication; high empathy, low ego; digital partnerships experience.


Bachelor's degree; media trends knowledge; multitasking with creativity & business acumen.
