About the Role

We are looking for a Client Servicing professional with strong experience in corporate event management . The role involves end-to-end client handling , coordination with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth delivery of corporate events from brief to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for corporate clients
• Understand client briefs, objectives, budgets & timelines
• Prepare event proposals, presentations & cost estimates
• Coordinate with creative, operations & production teams
• Manage client approvals, feedback & expectations
• Be present on-ground during events for client coordination
• Handle post-event closure, billing & client feedback
• Support new pitches, repeat business & upselling opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

• 38 years of experience in corporate event management agencies
• Strong client servicing & account management skills
• Excellent communication, coordination & problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Knowledge of event production, vendors & budgeting
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & email communication

Education

Graduate / Post Graduate in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality , or related field

Additional Requirements

• Flexible to work late hours, weekends & event days
• Willingness to travel for events
• Client-focused, detail-oriented & proactive attitude
