Client Servicing Manager (Events & Activations)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to join our team immediately. The role involves managing client relationships, handling projects end-to-end, and working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality experiential campaigns and events.

Manage day-to-day communication with clients

Understand client briefs and convert them into actionable plans

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations)

Ensure timely execution of events, activations, and brand campaigns

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Identify opportunities to grow accounts and build long-term client relationships

25 years of experience in an events / experiential / activation agency

Strong client servicing and project management skills

Good communication and presentation abilities

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Immediate joiners preferred
