This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for the position of Client Servicing Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to client queries, addressing concerns, fostering positive interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions. The Client Servicing Manager will work to maintain a high standard of client services and enhance customer experiences while meeting project requirements.

• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service experiences
• Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional client interactions

• Proven experience in building long-term relationships with clients
