Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Manager. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Lead who will act as the bridge between clients and our internal creative teams. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple brands seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients; understand briefs and manage expectations
• Present strategies, creative concepts, and translate client feedback into clear internal actionable
• Oversee day-to-day BAU activities and campaign rollouts end-to-end
• Develop monthly/quarterly social media strategies and content calendars
• Create and present insight-led decks and performance reports
• Ensure timelines, workflow efficiency, and quality control across deliverables
• Strong Communication to effectively address client needs and foster positive partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
  

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in client servicing/social media management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & emerging platforms
• Proficient in creating strategy-driven presentations and decks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and multitasking ability
• Ability to lead a team and handle multiple brands simultaneously
