Brand Clay, our Real Estate division, specializes in providing innovative and business-led marketing

solutions to Indian as well as International brands. Under this division, we have done some amazing

work for brands like Four Seasons Private Residences, Runwal Group, Trump Towers, M3M, Puraniks

Builders, Nyati Group, DLF, Narang Realty, Shapoorji Pallonji, Joyville, Tata Housing, JP Infra, Omaxe,

amongst others in our pipeline. We also conceptualized & executed India's first Real Estate e-talk

show - Clay Dialogues Season 1 & 2, which featured the top 11 real estate leaders.


About the Role: This role requires deep expertise in mainline advertising, brand activations, BTL, and on-ground campaign execution. The candidate will independently manage key clients, lead teams, oversee multi-agency coordination, and drive strategic planning and creative development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end client relationships for major accounts.

- Lead ATL + BTL campaign development, from briefing to execution.

- Craft brand strategies, creative briefs, and integrated campaign plans.

- Present strategies, creative concepts, and execution plans to clients.

- Lead a team of servicing executives and coordinators.

- Manage budgets, profitability, and billing cycles.

- Oversee print, OOH, retail branding, and event-led campaigns.

- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams.

- Supervise on-ground activations, vendor management, and fabrication.

- Ensure timely execution with high-quality output.

- Upsell and cross-sell agency capabilities across mainline, creative, activation, and turnkey solutions.


Experience Required:

610 years in mainline advertising or BTL/Experiential agencies.

Strong leadership and account management experience.

Hands-on execution experience in print, OOH, events, activation, and retail branding.

Real estate category exposure preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and strategy skills.
