Client Servicing Manager

We are searching for a Client Servicing Lead for a dynamic new age Media, Information and Technology company based in Delhi, to manage and deliver branded campaigns across podcasts, digital covers, influencer marketing, shoots, events, and bespoke activations .

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who enjoys working with clients, creatives, production teams, and talent and can turn brand briefs into high-quality, on-time campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end execution of brand integrations and campaigns
• Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners
• Coordinate with internal content, creative, production, and strategy teams
• Manage shoots, event logistics, influencer deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure quality delivery, timely reporting, and strong client satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications :

• 10-15 years of experience in client servicing, media, branded content, influencer marketing, or agency roles
• Hands-on experience managing shoots, events, or influencer campaigns
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple campaigns
