Who we want
Role : Client Servicing Manager
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy
Category Research, Competitor analysis, building consumer insights to foster overall brand strategy for
client will be a highly critical aspect of this role.
Contribute to brand communication and strategic development by collaborating with the Account
Team on campaign ideation.
Provide creative input and feedback on campaign concepts and marketing initiatives.
Conduct research to monitor social media trends and platform updates, translating findings into
actionable insights for creative and design teams.
Create and confidently present ideas, campaign strategies and presentations to clients with minimal
oversight from senior leadership.
Client Servicing
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related communications, addressing concerns and
ensuring needs are met promptly and effectively.
Maintain and update accurate client records, including tracking brand-related financials and account
activities.
Organize and synthesize information across internal teams, optimizing systems and processes to
improve workflow efficiency.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive periodic reports to both management and clients, summarizing
account performance and key updates.
Possess strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and presentation tools, with the ability to
create compelling and data-driven materials.
