Client Servicing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing professional with 5-6 years of advertising agency experience to manage and grow key client relationships. This role requires someone who is highly presentable, articulate, and enthusiastic, with strong communication, presentation, and networking skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, event planning & management and clients while delivering consistent value and long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication

Build, nurture, and retain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement

Manage and execute on-ground events. Liasoning with vendors for all the events.

Present ideas, strategies, and project updates confidently to clients and senior stakeholders

Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal creative and strategy teams

Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables across multiple projects

Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-functional solutions

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery

Represent the agency professionally in meetings, presentations, and industry interactions


Must Have

5-6 years of experience in client servicing within a creative / advertising/branding agency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good event planning and management skills.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills

Proven experience in client handling, servicing, and retention

Confident, presentable, and professional demeanour

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced agency environment


Preferred

Experience working with multiple brands or diverse industry categories

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinking and ability to spot business opportunities

Experience working closely with creative, design, and strategy teams

Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and proactive attitude
