Job Description

Magnon Group is hiring for a Digital Client Servicing Professional (with experience handling creative mandates).

This is not a media, marketing, or programmatic role.


The Mid-Level Account Manager (client servicing) manages day-to-day client relationships while driving creative, digital-first, and AI-enabled solutions. This role plays a key part in creative thinking, pitching, and shaping content-led digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of social media, emerging platforms, and modern marketing approaches. The Account Manager acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring ideas are impactful, relevant, and executable.


Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted partner.

Contribute to creative thinking, ideation, and pitching for new and existing business opportunities.

Translate client objectives into strong, insight-led briefs for creative, motion, and digital teams.

Support and coordinate digital-first and social mediadriven campaigns across platforms.

Collaborate closely with creative teams to shape content that performs across social, digital, and paid media.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across multiple projects.

Present ideas, concepts, and campaign updates clearly and confidently to clients.

Incorporate an AI-first mindsetleveraging AI tools for ideation, content planning, efficiency, and insights.

Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently while maintaining creative integrity.

Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and account growth.


Skills & Competencies:

Strong creative thinking and pitching abilities

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

Digital and social media fluency

Strategic mindset with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach

Comfort working with AI-enabled tools and modern workflows


Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

36 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a digital, creative, or marketing agency

Experience working on content-led, social-first, or digital campaigns is strongly preferred
